Position Summary: This position is responsible for resident services and other duties assigned or delegated. Help to provide all residents with routine daily care in accordance with our established standards of care as directed by the Woodcrest Executive Director
Duties: Personal services, Housekeeping, laundry, social-recreational activities, medication assistance, meal services, and other delegated tasks as needed for resident well-being, and safety.
Essential Functions: Provide resident services including: bathing, grooming, giving medications, and provide assistance related to daily living. Observes changes in resident status, needs or preferences, and communicates and documents them timely and appropriately.
